Installation Guide
Follow these steps to set up your Yaelix Digital Signage Player.
Step 1: Prepare Hardware
- Connect your Digital Signage player to the display
- Connect the player to the internet (LAN or WiFi)
- Power on the player
- Note down the Player ID (visible on the startup screen)
Step 2: Install Player Software
Choose your player platform:
Windows Player
# Download and Installation wget https://cdn.yaelix.com/player/windows/setup.exe -OutFile setup.exe ./setup.exe
Linux Player (Raspberry Pi)
# Installation via Terminal curl -sSL https://install.yaelix.com/player | sudo bash
Android Player
- Open Google Play Store
- Search for "Yaelix Player"
- Install the app
Step 3: Activate Player
- Log in to your Yaelix Dashboard
- Navigate to "Players" → "New Player"
- Enter the Player ID
- Choose a name for the player
- Assign the player to a group (optional)
Step 4: Configure Display
- Set screen orientation (portrait/landscape)
- Adjust resolution
- Set timezone
- Define operating hours
- Check network settings
Troubleshooting
If you encounter installation issues:
- Check the player's internet connection
- Ensure the Player ID was entered correctly
- Check firewall settings
- Verify system requirements

- Windows: Windows 10/11, 4GB RAM, 32GB Storage
- Raspberry Pi: Pi 4 or newer, 2GB RAM
- Android: Android 8.0 or newer
